Iowa Hospitals are becoming overwhelmed. Please wear a mask to save a friend, a family member, save yourself, save a life.

Today at 3 pm there are 38 new positive cases in Deleware County. This brings the total to 1290 reported cases and a total positive rate of 22.88%. The daily positive rate is 49.35%. The 14-day Delaware Dept of Education Average Positivity Rate is 24.70%.  People infected  544 with an infection rate of 3.20%

There were 6 more recoveries reported for a total of 726.

A total of 5639 people have been tested. Tested last 24hrs. 77

No additional deaths, leaving a total of 20 deaths. The fatality rate today is 1.55%

Hospitalizations 8 as of Nov. 17th.

Today at 3 pm there are 26 new positive cases in Deleware County. This brings the total to 1316 reported cases and a total positive rate of 23.10%. The daily positive rate is 40.35%. The 14-day Delaware Dept of Education Average Positivity Rate is 24.70%.  People infected  551 with an infection rate of 3.24% There were 17 more recoveries reported for a total of 743. . November 9th 2020 On October 31, 2020, at approximately 13:07 Manchester Police were called to 1220 West Main Street in Manchester, Iowa. The complainant advised the officer she was at Walmart when she approached a person whom she knew. The person’s husband approached the victim and displayed a firearm and made a threatening statement. An investigation of the complaint supported the complainant’s statements. Arrested  Ryan Francis Leppert (age 31) of Manchester Charges Assault While Displaying a Weapon an Aggravated Misdemeanor Harassment 1st Degree an Aggravated Misdemeanor All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
