• On November 1, 2020, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of 150th Street and Highway 13 north of Manchester. Dylan Elledge, of Dundee, IA, was charged with Operating Under the Influence 2nd Offense.

• On November 2, 2020, at approximately 2:00 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a deer-vehicle accident on Highway 13. Emily Meier, of Coggon, IA was southbound on Highway 13 when she struck a deer that had entered the roadway.

On November 2, 2020, at approximately 6:01 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a two-vehicle accident on Highway 38 near Greeley, IA. Danny Goranson, of Greeley, IA was southbound on Highway 38 driving a tractor pulling a chisel plow when he was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by Ronald Keppler, of Manchester, IA. Keppler was cited with Following Too Close.

He was also cited with No Driver's License and Possession of Alcohol under Legal Age.

Girot, of Greeley, IA was charged with Operating While Intoxicated 2nd Offense. She was also cited with Failure to Yield Half of Roadway and Failure to Provide Proof of Financial Liability.
