On October 19, 2020, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Cody Clark, of Cascade, IA for Willful Injury-Serious Injury, Simple Assault, and Possession of Controlled Substance.  Clark in September snd another man assaulted  Dustin Wall breaking his ankle and causing serious injuries.

  On October 26, 2020, at approximately 8:35 p.m., the Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to a deer-vehicle accident on Highway 20 near mile marker 283. Terry Burds, of Peosta, IA was eastbound on Highway 20 when he struck a deer that had entered the roadway. On October 21, 2020, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on David Adams, of Hopkinton, IA for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  The charge stems from an incident reported to the Sheriff's Office on August 23, 2020.    NOTE: A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant(s) is/are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Dundee Iowa Man Arrestef On October 25, 2020, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served warrants on Matthew Welcher, of Dundee, IA for Failure to Appear.  NOTE: A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant(s) is/are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Delaware County Man Arrested  On October 28, 2020, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a  warrant on Seth Chapman, of Manchester, IA for a parole violation.  NOTE: A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant(s) is/are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
