Arrest

On October 19, 2020, the Delaware County Sheriff's Office served a warrant on Cody Clark, of Cascade, IA for Willful Injury-Serious Injury, Simple Assault, and Possession of Controlled Substance.  Clark in September snd another man assaulted  Dustin Wall breaking his ankle and causing serious injuries.

November 9th 2020 On October 31, 2020, at approximately 13:07 Manchester Police were called to 1220 West Main Street in Manchester, Iowa. The complainant advised the officer she was at Walmart when she approached a person whom she knew. The person’s husband approached the victim and displayed a firearm and made a threatening statement. An investigation of the complaint supported the complainant’s statements. Arrested  Ryan Francis Leppert (age 31) of Manchester Charges Assault While Displaying a Weapon an Aggravated Misdemeanor Harassment 1st Degree an Aggravated Misdemeanor All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
