On October 31, 2020, at approximately 13:07 Manchester Police were called to 1220 West Main Street in Manchester, Iowa. The complainant advised the officer she was at Walmart when she approached a person whom she knew. The person’s husband approached the victim and displayed a firearm and made a threatening statement. An investigation of the complaint supported the complainant’s statements.

Assault While Displaying a Weapon an Aggravated Misdemeanor
Harassment 1st Degree an Aggravated Misdemeanor
All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
