Today at 3 pm there are 14 new positive cases in Deleware County Monday . This brings the total to 1205 reported cases and a total positive rate of 18.82% . The daily positive rate is 60.87. The 14-day Delaware Dept of Education Average Positivity Rate is 25.30%. People infected 524 with an infection rate of 3.02% There were 5 more recoveries reported for total of 673. . A total of 5466 people have been tested. Tested last 24hrs.23. No additional deaths, leaving a total of 18 deaths. The fatality rate today is 1.49%. Hospitalizations 10 as of Nov.14th.
November 9th 2020 On October 31, 2020, at approximately 13:07 Manchester Police were called to 1220 West Main Street in Manchester, Iowa. The complainant advised the officer she was at Walmart when she approached a person whom she knew. The person’s husband approached the victim and displayed a firearm and made a threatening statement. An investigation of the complaint supported the complainant’s statements. Arrested Ryan Francis Leppert (age 31) of Manchester Charges Assault While Displaying a Weapon an Aggravated Misdemeanor Harassment 1st Degree an Aggravated Misdemeanor All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

The 14-day Delaware Dept of Education Average Positivity Rate is 24.70%. People infected 551 with an infection rate of 3.24% There were 17 more recoveries reported for a total of 743. .
