Today at 10 a.m.there are 19 new positive cases in Deleware County at 10 a.m. Tuesday This brings the total to 1062 reported cases and a total positive rate of 20.38%%. The daily positive rate is 82.61%. The 14-day Delaware Dept of Education Average Positivity is 23.80%

People infected 442  for an infection rate of 2.59%

There were 20 more recoveries reported for a total of 604.

A total of 5212 people have been tested. Tested last 24hrs. 23

No additional deaths, leaving a total of  16  deaths. The fatality rate today is 1.51%

Hospitalizations 9 as of Nov.7th.

This brings the total to 1205 reported cases and a total positive rate of 18.82% . The daily positive rate is 60.87. November 9th 2020 On October 31, 2020, at approximately 13:07 Manchester Police were called to 1220 West Main Street in Manchester, Iowa. The complainant advised the officer she was at Walmart when she approached a person whom she knew. The person’s husband approached the victim and displayed a firearm and made a threatening statement. An investigation of the complaint supported the complainant’s statements. Arrested  Ryan Francis Leppert (age 31) of Manchester Charges Assault While Displaying a Weapon an Aggravated Misdemeanor Harassment 1st Degree an Aggravated Misdemeanor All parties are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Today at 3 pm there are 26 new positive cases in Deleware County. This brings the total to 1316 reported cases and a total positive rate of 23.10%. The daily positive rate is 40.35%. The 14-day Delaware Dept of Education Average Positivity Rate is 24.70%.  People infected  551 with an infection rate of 3.24% There were 17 more recoveries reported for a total of 743. .
